Payment Options
A remittance envelope is enclosed with each bill for easy payment return. Please DO NOT send CASH in the mail. We also accept
eChecks, VISA, MC and Discover cards with no fee. Direct Debit is available by downloading and returning the authorization form
below. All forms of payment are accepted in person at our office. All payments should be sent to the address below unless
directed otherwise on your bill.

Budget Plan
PEM offers a budget payment plan that is based on an average of the prior 6-months of usage. Customers my enroll in the
program for a 6-month period. At the end of each 6-month cycle accounts must be reconciled. Budget cycles begin in the
January and July billing periods. Please call our office for more details.

Disconnected Service
Please call our office if your service has been disconnected. For service to be restored the past due balance plus a reconnection
fee must be paid in full.
